Join Odona Farska for the 8th International Flow Yoga Retreat at the beautiful Danena Yoga Retreat Centre in southeast Sicily for the most relaxing week of yoga, meditation, swimming and delicious food under the Sicilian sky.

Danena is dedicated yoga retreat situated in La Masseria, a 19th century farmhouse, on 80 acres of land, a short distance from the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea, in southeastern Sicily.

Located near the ancient cities of Noto and Siracusa there will be many opportunities to immerse yourself in your yoga practice as well as the cultural and epicurean highlights of southern Sicily.

During the retreat, Danena’s in-house chef Antonio and his team will provide delicious all local, organic farm-to-table gourmet dinners and energising healthy brunches.

Each day you will be led through a morning meditation followed by Hatha Flow class and an evening Yin, Restorative or Yoga Nidra. When you’re not doing yoga, there will be time to experience an art class, day trips to explore historical sites, a wine tasting in the local organic winery, live music with Italian artists or simply relax by the pool or swim in the Mediterranean.

• Deposit of $790 is required upon booking.
• Remaining amount is due by May 2023. Payment plan is available upon request.
• Rates do not include airfares and transfer to the resort.
• Deposit is strictly non-refundable however can be transferred to a friend or family member.
• Full refunds minus the deposit are permitted up until May 15.
• 50% refund (minus deposit) until June 15.
• No refund available from June 16.
• We understand unexpected situations can arise, therefore we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

Travel: Closest airport is Catania Fortanarossa or Comiso. Car hire is recommended. Alternatively, transfer to Danena can easily be arranged through the retreat.
