I would like to invite you again to join me for a yoga retreat at one of my favourite places in the world, Thailand.

Our retreat will be held at The Sanctuary Thailand, on the small tropical Island of Koh Phangan. This unique beachfront resort sits between the sandy shores of Haad Tien Beach, Koh Phangan, surrounded by coconut grove backing onto hillside jungle. The natural beauty, simplicity, great food and atmosphere is breathtaking.

This will be our third Thai retreat and 9th Flow Yoga Canberra annual global retreat.

It will be a wonderful opportunity to take time off in our busy lives and get away to a beautiful place in order to watch the sunsets into the ocean, go deeper into our yoga practice, connect with likeminded people, and to calm, heal, re-focus and energise our lives…

My fellow yoginis and dear friends Renee Duarte & Linda Uzubalis will also be joining us to teach yoga and meditation.

8.30am – 10am Morning Practice – Elements Journey – Flow Yoga

10.30am Brunch

Free Time

5pm – 6.30pm Evening Practice – Yin, Restorative, Guided Visualisation or Yoga Nidra

Boat trip on Wednesday.

 

If you live in Europe here are the prices in Euro AED 2990 (based on double occupancy) or AED 4060 (single occupancy).

The price includes accommodation in beautiful 2 bed verandah villas with private bathrooms, buffet style tropical brunch, all yoga classes, all meditation sessions, boat trip to a spectacular deserted island…! Upgrade to The Myth villa can be arrange at an additional cost.

We are also offering a non-on yoga option for friends, partners and children, which may be of interest to some of you. The cost of the non-yoga option (based on double occupancy) is 520 AUD (AED 1,400). Please note that baby-sitting can also be arranged with the wonderful staff of Sri Lanta.

Numbers are limited and the retreat gets booked out very quickly. Deposit of 450 AUD  is payed upon booking. Sri Lanta is easily reached by fast speed boat from Phukhet – the journey takes approximately 90 minutes. Alternatively you can take a slow ferry from Phukhet, or arrange bus and boat transport from Krabi. Most international airlines fly to Phuket (including a direct Emirates flight from Dubai). You can also fly to Bangkok and take a short 1hr flight down to Krabi. For more details on how to get there, please email me.

During our week together we will practice Hatha Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation and Pranayama. We will also explore yogic philosophy and how to how to energise and harmonise our lives.

Some afternoons and some evenings we will show yoga movies or practice yoga nidra and meditations. At the end of the retreat participants will have an improved yoga practice and a greater knowledge of meditation techniques.

As with all our classes, the retreat will be suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to advanced students or students working with injuries. I’m sure the retreat will leave you feeling relaxed, energised and inspired for months to come!
