Baby Yoga Thursday at Nishi
Join us for this fun and gentle mums (and dads) baby yoga course. Class starts with baby massage, then songs and postures for the baby as well as plenty of asanas for mum.
Class is suitable for babies from 2 months to one year.

$150 for the course.
Missed Baby Yoga classes can be substituted for regular Flow Yoga Classes at your convenience.
