Flow Yoga is excited to announce deeply relaxing half a day workshop facilitated by Odona Farska.

On Sunday, 7th of May, this intimate workshop will give you opportunity to relax physically as well as emotionally through the practice of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (hypnogogic sleep) led by Odona Farska and Linda Uzubalis. 

Yin Yoga is a practice involving deep stretches and long holds, which is beneficial for your bones, joints and nervous system.

Yoga Nidra, also known as Hypnogogic Sleep is a state between sleep and wakefulness without loss of awareness, a systematic method of inducing complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation.  The practice is a non-movement based, guided meditation technique that provides the benefits of a deep sleep in a 40 minute session. 

If you have trouble sleeping, relaxing or suffering from stress, this form of meditation may be perfect for you. During the practice you will be lying down, covered in a warm blanket and listen as you move through a deeply relaxing mental journey. 

You are not required to have any experience with Yoga Nidra or other forms of meditation to join this course. We recommend wearing warm, comfortable clothing (yoga wear not required) as your body temperature drops during the practise. 

Our mini retreat will include delicious light lunch and organic tea and herbal soda.
