Hannah initially discovered yoga as a teenager during her days as a ballet dancer, as a way of purely increasing her flexibility. She rediscovered yoga in 2017 and implemented it as a tool to help her deal with the stresses of studying a double degree in Law and International Relations in Sydney. She deeply appreciates the way yoga has allowed her to reconnect with her higher self and intuition, cultivate a greater sense of self-love and self-acceptance and add more balance to her busy life as a public servant. She studied vinyasa and restorative yoga in Bali, where she lived for one and a half years, and became qualified as a yoga teacher in 2019. She is also qualified as a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator through the Venus Rising Association for Transformation. She loves holding space for and witnessing the incredible transformation and profound cathartic releases that are available through shamanic breathwork ceremonies.
