Flow Circle

We’re excited to invite you to join us for Deep Winter Flow Circle.

We will start the evening with astrology and breathwork, followed by ritual and sharing circle.

Our Flow Circle is a beautiful evening to connect with like-minded women, share our experiences, amplify our feminine and creative energy and receive support over the shared experiences and reflections. This is a non movement based event and you can wear whatever makes you happy or brings out your inner goddess.

After the circle we will then come together for delicious vegetarian dinner with mulled wine, tea or herbal soda.

Led by our experienced Flow Yoga teacher Shelby and Flow Yoga Breathwork Practitioner and founder of Hinoki Healing, Nay. Spaces are limited for this intimate event and booking is done via our website.
