Cost: $300 per term

We invite all mothers of young babies to join us for a weekly session of songs, stretches and massage with essential oils for babies and gentle yoga and mindfulness for mums with a nourishing morning tea provided afterwards.

These small group sessions are designed to provide you with a nurturing environment to connect with your baby and other like-minded parents in a safe, thoughtful space.

Each week you will be guided through a yoga sequence specially designed for mums and their babies, with a focus on thoughtful post-partum movement that goes beyond the first few months of your baby’s life. Too often mother’s are encouraged to race back to being busy and our sessions will encourage you to slow down, stretch and rest, at a pace that allows your body to heal.

Classes will include pranayama and mindfulness and give you tools to take into your every day life as you experience your motherhood journey. After the class, we will gather around our communal table to share in morning tea and build friendship connections.

With an emphasis on encouraging mother’s to find what works best for them, Flow Yoga Mums and Bubs sessions are non-judgemental and welcome mother’s from all backgrounds and parenting styles.

*Classes are suitable for all new and experienced yoginis with babies aged 2 months and up who are not walking.

*We understand that babies are unpredictable and missed sessions will be credited with free make-up classes on our regular studio timetable within the same term.

Flow Yoga Mums and Bubs is facilitated by Linda, our experienced yoga student, teacher and mother of four daughters.
