Flow Yoga would like to invite you to join our Restorative Yoga Workshop facilitated by Odona Farska.
 
If you are feeling, stressed, overwhelmed, suffer from insomnia or simply want to relax on deeper level this may be a perfect morning for you. 
 
As its name suggests, Restorative Yoga is a restful practice designed to encourage full relaxation and restore parasympathetic nervous system function. By entering a deep state of relaxation, tension is released from your body and mind and balance can be achieved.
During the practice, you will hold poses for five to seven minutes, making use of props and supports such as blankets and bolsters, to help your body sink into the pose and allowing you to focus on your breath. 
 
Restorative Yoga is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis and yoginis and for people of all physical fitness levels.
 
All mats, props and blankets will be provided. We recommend wearing warm, comfortable yoga clothing to practice in.
Fresh juice and essential oils are included.
