Self-Kindness Workshop with Nina Gruenewald

Nina is excited to follow up her 4-week Self-Kindness Course with this gorgeously planned out 3-hour self-kindness retreat at Flow Yoga where you will dive in to connect with yourself, your self-kindness and the community. We will be enjoying powerful meditation, teaching, journalling, bonding with each other through sharing and group work, tea and a nourishing light lunch, and more, to guide you on the way to deeply embodying kindness, acceptance and compassion from the inside out.
