The BreathFast Club: A Group Breathwork Event.

Tuesday, 19 November 2019
6:30 PM – 9 PM

Transition Breath, in partnership with Flow Yoga Canberra, has commenced The BreathFast Club; a series of group breathwork events.

There are only 6 spaces available for this event, so book early to avoid missing out.

This event is part of a group breathwork facilitator training program, and for this reason, a special discounted price of $59 is on offer.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an experiential and transpersonal field of study and practice that encompasses a variety of breathing techniques to cultivate self-awareness and the enhancement of physical, emotional, cognitive, or spiritual wellbeing.

Through the use of a special dynamic breathing pattern (conscious connected breathing), participants enter a subconscious or unconscious state of mind. Memories, thoughts, feelings and sensations may arise, many of which lay outside of our everyday awareness. These experiences are amplified and released.

Why breathwork?

Breathwork is an effective and powerful technique used to address: anxiety and depression, trauma, behavioural issues, stress and pain relief, improved general wellbeing and relationship material (to name just a few). See this article by The Guardian for further information.
