Through total body relaxation, we are able to deeply relax our minds and release tensions. In fact, it is said that 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to five hours of deep sleep!
Yoga Nidra is not a movement based practise and is suitable for all people. All that is required of you is to relax on the yoga mat and listen to the voice of your instructor.
Please bring warm clothes to feel completely comfortable during Yoga Nidra practice as body temperature drops down a little.
